Kevin Federline will get $10 million if he divorces Britney Spears.

It has been claimed that the fledgling rapper will receive the enormous sum from his millionaire wife if the marriage ends.

It has also been alleged that the pair - who have been married for two years and have two sons, Sean Preston and Sutton Pierce, together - were on the verge of breaking up just before the 'Toxic' singer got pregnant for the second time.

A source told the New York Post newspaper "Britney was leaving Kevin but then got pregnant again. He would have gotten $10 million."

Meanwhile, Kevin has been out partying in Las Vegas, while his wife stayed home looking after their newborn son, Sutton Pierce.

The former professional dancer was seen at top Vegas nightspot Tao knocking back drinks with friends last weekend while surrounded by a host of beautiful women.

An onlooker said: "Kevin booked a table at Tao for two nights.

"He was surrounded by women and was drinking a lot and dancing."

Kevin - who charted a private jet to take him and his friends to the
gambling mecca - wasn't keen to be caught partying on camera.

The onlooker added: "Every time one of the girls tried to take a picture, he
freaked out and wouldn't let them."
