I highly doubt the article is about Kimberly Stewarts (or at least not the one I know.
First it states that she has breast implants. Well KS is FLAT, no correction, she is concave.
Second , the woman in question is called 'sexy', a 'beauty' and 'stunning'. Clearly, the author of this article is mistaken.
