Thank goodness Tyra wants to present herself as the opposite to Naomi’s pretentious, self-important, overly-botoxed serious-self. She seems genuinely fine with an unhinged, uninhibited and unleashed persona. Unfortunately, as @BalkaniStaCouture says, that it’s with these z-covers-- and I'll add, z-creatives with z-concepts that highlights her z-level of cringe drama that’s the very worst of her ANTM days.

Frankly, both Tyra and Naomi give tabloid-level vibes nowadays. I’d give that hyped icon status to much more interesting Black models like Debra Shaw and Alec Wek.

no yeah and I agree but I meant the way how Naomi is styled, visually speaking in her photoshoots, not her personality though LOL

Yup, that's why I would love to see Tyra styled and shot in fashion from current runway shows with top creatives from the industry and to shoot with Inés and Vinooh or Steven Meisel or Iango etc.

Shame— because she’s rather impressively insightful when she critiques her lowly hamsters: She doesn’t mince words and makes a lot of common sense.

It’s unfortunate Tyra cut ties with high fashion a long long long time ago, so that she never established any good will with the Greats that Naomi still has so closely with. Had she the support of the remaining Greats still working, her comeback work wouldn’t be so painfully— and hilariously… z-list. She’s still possessed of a face that’s worthy of beautiful imagery.

Well said. A lot of people forget that for about 2-3 years, Tyra was THAT girl. I have always said that I wish she had better management, and that she wasn't so "all over the place" after she transitioned from high fashion. I dont hate her work here for King Kong, but this is supposed to be a comeback and it should be EPIC!!! (This.........is not.😕)
