Kolfinna Kristófersdóttir

I don't get why she she would skip either. It seems like a bad move. She has to be an exclusive otherwise something personal happened maybe?

No one seems to know. I really hope she'll turn up but it must be something personal if she doesn't have some exclusive going on.

It seems strange to skip the entire season when you're at the beginning of your career and need all the exposure you can get.

Kolfinna Kristófersdóttir is one of the most sought-after model in the world at the moment and has more than any other Icelandic model. But the sky wages and non-stop job offer from renowned fashion houses is not what makes it most. In the new life that comes out tomorrow, she says of why she is considering to stop now.

She is the newest face of Topshop campaign and is on the front of the latest ID Magazine. But the glossy leaves of this as another job, "I'm not as excited about the job as when I started," says Kolfinna a new life.

"I never thought that I would go this well ... I've never even begin to understand the reasons for this success and what the people around me."

Sought after models like Kolfinna can get sky wages. "I could probably go on for several more years, retire and never have to worry about money again ... Why would I want it?"

Such a bad news ;(

I sincerely hope she'll find her way to the happiness (and even more that she'll change her mind in a few seasons...)!

that is seriously bad news! she is such a stunner and is pretty much made for this business. but then again, if she's not enjoying it, what's the point? i hope she finds something that makes her happy.

Oh no! :o I like her quite a lot because she's such a spectacular girl. Why now? :( I hope she can change her mind one day..

Wow, that's really upsetting! I hope she reconsiders and decides that she will continue to pursue modeling. All the good ones leave too soon :(

Kolfinna, NOOO! In the words of Kanye West, "Don't leave while you're hot- that's how Mase screwed up."

I really, really hope she keeps modeling. She was building some nice momentum. I still remember her Versace HC appearance.

so sad she's not modeling anymore, but it's what makes her happy that counts and if modeling doesn't do that for her then she shouldn't do it. She's still number one in my eyes.
