I will say Vogue cause i have the collecton lol
But i love their cosmo covers and arena +

They have hits and misses when it comes to their (multi-) covers, but these magazines are worth to buy because of their more thought-out editorials than in most countries nowadays. Imagine seeing 15-17 editorials in a magazine every month? That's considered as a blessing.

HoYeon's Vogue August cover in white background remains unmatched, but their March issue is my absolute favorite this year.

Also, props to Elle Korea for featuring Jaehyun, Mingyu, and Sehun on their covers in a row. They definitely know their target audience.
