Brand new interview, conduced on 2nd February 2010, with Kori. Talking about upcoming work, interests, the reason for skipping FW 09.10 and so on. Oh and she will definitely be at FW 2011 shows next week from Digital Diamonds

1. How did you start modeling?
I was discovered in a mall.

2. When you started modeling, did you imagine you would become one of the most successful Canadian models?
I didnt imagine how successful i could be, I just worked as hard as i could.

3. Which part of your work gives you the most satisfaction?
Meeting new people and seeing new places.

4. And which part the least?
lack of mental stimulation.

5. . Marilyn Monroe said once: "Dreaming about being an actress, is more exciting then being one." Do you think it's true about modeling?
No, i think the opposite. I used to think being a model would suck, but i actually really like it.

6. What interests you outside of modeling?
I've been training for my pilots license for the past year, I've always loved airplanes. I also love motorcycles and have just bought a dirt-bike. And im really into nature.

7. Did you have a New Year's resolution?
My new years resolution was to make definitive decisions.

8. On online forums like The Fashion Spot, you have a lot of fans who follow your career. What do you think about models having fans and what is it like to meet them?
I'm honored , it makes me happy to know that i have inspired someone.

9. What do you think about people giving you compliments in general?
I'm very bad at taking complements but i appreciate them.

10. Why did you actually skip the FW 09.10 shows?
I was studying to get my pilots license full time Fall09/10 every day. my life was becoming all work and no play. It was my dream so i decided to take time off work and actually do it!

11. What advice would you give to girls entering the industry?
Know who you are, and stick to it.

12. We noticed that you received all of Karl Lagerfeld strongest runway bookings since you started. Which was your favorite show for him?
I cant pick a favorite there all so unique i like each for a different reason. I get so excited every time i do a show for him to see what amazing new things he has created.

13. How did you find his ‘Paris-Shanghai’show? Was it the first time you went to Asia?
I though the paris Shanghai show was great! the collection was beautiful as well as the city. I have spent some time in Japan, but never China, and i must say i was pleasantly surprised.

14. Many people compare you to model Heidi Mount who’s also a fav model of Karl Lagerfeld.
Heidi is a great girl, and friend of mine, im happy to be compared to her.


15. As for your fans, do you have some surprises in store for us?Where/When are we going to see you next?
I have some up coming editorials in V mag and Italian Marie Claire, and you'll be seeing me at Shows this FW 10/11!


16. What you want the world to know about you?
I'm not just a pretty face.
