Last I heard of him , FAUSTOriginally posted by faust@Mar 3rd, 2004 - 12:01 pm
Does anyone know? Lena?
I like what I've seen over the years, and all of a sudden I don't hear anything. I just thought of him the other day. Last thing I heard he was launching a men's wear collection.
Thanks for confirming , OrochianOriginally posted by Orochian@Mar 3rd, 2004 - 3:47 pm
His menswear line has been out for a while now, I believe it came out back in 2001. And yes, he's now designing for NY Industrie.
What amazes me about that label is how poor their distribution network is, considering it's owned by Diesel, which is sold pretty much where ever water exists on this earth.![]()

Hi!
Murkudis has been head designer for New York Industrie until 2003.
now, Alberto Biani is behind the label founded by himself.
Murkudis has just launched a new line called Haltbar Murkudis.
As well as Haltbar (meaning durable in German), he seems to continue his own collection.
I remember reading that Kostas was born of Greek parents who emigrated to the DDR ( the old East Germany ) where he was brought up and educated - it accounts for the German name of his new venture , and also the fact , I believe , that he started out working for Helmut Lang .Originally posted by runner@Apr 4th, 2004 - 10:48 pm
