Flea, of the Red Hot Chili Peppers, pretended to rush the stage from his front-row seat, and Wilmer Valderrama took advantage of the darkness to plant two kisses on the cheek of his co-presenter, Bahar Soomekh, before running across the stage to plant another one on E! News anchor Giuliana DePandi. Blame it on those organic cocktails.
