'three decades' contains four parts from three decades, the twenties, the fourties and the sixties ... when put together they create the whole dress:

I was actually on this site called modabot.de...they had pictures from this event during the Berlin Fashion Week and I am immensely impressed by the quality of talent that continues to come from there. Too bad,Internationally,it's still quite miniscule.
