^I wonder if her not talking about in recent interviews (like the Teen Vogue one) was probably due to the contract of the issue being addressed on the show. I understand she was incredibly insecure about her lips and if it makes her feel better why not, but I think she would have avoided a lot of the mockery and scrutiny she's received if she was forthcoming and honest about it.
