i agree with you inwhiterooms,, also Kylie like this attention, have you guys seen her instagram? its filled with provocative and scandalous pics of her....pics i personally dont think would be appropriate for a 17 year old to post for millions of folks.. to see so she is kind of inviting people to come with opinions

I understand why people don't like fake lips/hair etc..I don't like it either, but I don't think that she is doing anything wrong. Some teenagers go for piercings and similar at that age, she goes for hair extensions. It's not like she is drunk and partying hard every day. Imo, for example Miley Cyrus behaviour is much more questionable.
