Lady Gabriella Windsor was born in 1981, the daughter of Prince and Princess Michael of Kent. She grew up at No. 10, Kensington Palace, a neighbor of "the Waleses" through the 80s and therefore sometimes playmate to her cousins Prince William and Prince Harry. "Ella," as she is known both personally and professionally, is a grandchild of Prince George and Princess Marina of Kent; therefore, she's also great-grandchild of King George V. Prince Michael of Kent is the Queen's first cousin.
Another great-grandchild of George V is Lady Sarah Chatto.... That makes Ella and Sarah second cousins
