Model Spotlight: Laragh McCann

Laragh McCann is a total babe. I met the 18-year-old bombshell at a party recently and she just worked the place really casually, so I had to go over and talk to her. I was impressed at how much of a sweetheart she was. I love a hot girl without attitude. Don't get me wrong, I love a little attitude, but it seems most girls have a bit of that, so it's refreshing to meet one who is warm right off the bat. I wanted to know more, so I emailed her a few questions about herself and her modeling career. She's a busy busy girl this season (she's already walked in Ruffian, Costello Tagliapietra and Ruffian), so we're lucky to have gotten a little insight with this q&a sessh.
How many years have you been modeling?
About two years, but I just moved to New York to start full time!
Aside from modeling, what are your hobbies?
Frisbee and summertime
What are your favorite places you've traveled to
New York; West Cork in Ireland because it's green and clean with lovely lighthouses.
Education: Yay or nay?
Yay! School is important because it gives you more freedom and choice but I learned way more being a model then I ever did in school.
Favorite designer?
I like so many designers for different reasons... But I love Prada because it's always something new and different.
What's heavily rotating on your iPod?
The Doors, MGMT, Yeasayer and Justice are the current obsessions.
Where do you see yourself in five years?
Hopefully doing something creative or maybe assisting a photographer -- but I have absolutely no idea...
