At 21 this Australian model stages a comeback

You’ve started at a young age and now you’ve come back to the big time. What happened?
Before I didn’t really feel as though I had a great team behind me. It can be quite tough out there so this time I’ve got the support I need.

Is it different to your last time at the European shows?
Mainly because of the support I have. Last time I came things didn’t really take. This time I had an exclusive with Balenciaga and Givenchy so I’m pretty happy with the way things are going.

You started modelling in Australia, where’s home now?
I just moved to New York in April and I find it so inspiring. The city has such amazing energy.

So what’s next?
Well I’m just waiting to see what will happen on the back of the shows I did. I’m really wanting things to work out this time.

You’re with the same agency as Julia Nobis and have spent time together, tell us seriously, does her guitar playing bug you?
Actually it’s really relaxing, which is good because the shows and castings are quite stressful. She’s very talented.

Now that she's in New York, I hope this means we'll be seeing much more from her.
