Leather Skirt

I like the look of this leather skirt at Bloomies. I also like the fact that it is on sale for $99.99 instead of $148. But I have 2 questions actually. Do any of you have pleated skirts (leather or otherwise)? (I have never had a pleated skirt.) Secondly, would you wear knee high boots or pumps or both?
