Live Streaming... The F/W 2025.26 Fashion Shows
As we speak, Cosmopolitan's photographer, stylist and assistants are in the Caribbean, shooting summer fashion. Leona Axelsen Ringström, one of the hottest Swedish models, and a big Cosmo favorite, is one of the models we brought along this year.
How were you discovered?
A friend of my mother's introduced me to Mika Kjellgren (of MIKAs).
In what way has your life changed since you started modeling?
I've taken a gap year from school, and get to travel a lot, to Japan, Milan, Paris, London, New York... It has given me the kind of life experience that school can never teach you. I've also learned to appreciate everything I have back home, and my priorities have changed. I get so many impressions on my trips, that when I get home, I just want to take it easy and spend time with my loved ones, while my friends are out partying.
What has been the most fun job so far?
My summer in Japan was so much fun. I was there with Elsa Hosk, and we became great friends. Although, the shoots I did in Japan weren't that fun. Swedish teams are usually the nicest to work with. A job I remember especially was my first runway show, it was a show for L'Oréal. Internationally, the biggest jobs I've done are a cover for 10 magazine and a shoot for Italian Vogue.
Tell us about your personal style?
Relaxed, in shades of black, grey, and white. I like my black hoodie from Carin Wester paired with skinny black jeans and a pair of Converse. I like mixing oversized with slim fit. If I wear tight pants, then an oversized top, if it's a skirt with volume - tight top.
What will you remember from your week in Bequia with Cosmo?
It's been a wonderful week on a paradise island. I'll remember the friendly people here, and their slow, relaxed pace. I like how everyone spends time together here; old and young, rich and poor. The day we went speedboating to some smaller islands was a lot of fun. And it was great that Moneybrother and Daniel Lemma stayed at our hotel, and performed for us at night!
