I think with leopard print you either have to go for a completely outrageous shoe like a very high platform/stiletto a la Gwen Stefani or you go low key with a skimmer or sneaker. Anything in between just looks a bit silly.

Somehow leopard is easier to take on a loafer-y shoe like that - I can imagine it looked pretty spiffy in the higher heel!
