Obsessed with her beauty. I dont understand how someone so insanely beautiful like Xiao Xing can be overlooked. I guess it is like what was said earlier, racial tokenism. There's only a space for 5 asians max in a 47 looks show. Hoping for one day each models get to to work up on their own merit, not restricted by racial quota.

Really? Hm, I don't find her beautiful at all. Interesting looking, sure, but not beautiful to me. Of the newcomer Asians, I prefer Jing Wen, Luping Wang, and Yuan Bo Chao.

You know, at first I really thought it was the racial barrier (and perhaps was too), then she walked for Hermes, Dolce, Dsquared2 and other good numbers of shows in London, like seasons ago (plus sporadic small print work), and I was relieved and happy for Xiao Xing... Then I don't know what happened but there was a pause in her modeling career, and I looked elsewhere, and thought maybe it was her management(s) instead or something. I mean, ever since she was placed with Women, I really thought she would have a great chance at being successful - unfortunately that's not the case.

However, I think things are turning back to where they should be, she seems to bounced back with her NY and London shows. Hopefully she score big in Paris.

And Xiao Xing is so much better in print, she excels in that area, that's her forte IMO. Her print work is increasing and she's working with relatively big names photogs nowadays. I think her management is refocusing/refining her, and they should. Really.

I guess we have different ideals of beauty in some parts then. To me LXX has a very high fashion kind of beauty. Angular features, and absolutely stunning in print.I like Jing Wen, and Luping Wang because I think they do present a special kind of beauty as well. Yuan Bo Chao on the other hand, to me is just regular. Her specialty is her height, her personality and her walk, not her face. But that's my opinion.
