BEAUTIFUL BOYS WE all know Lily Cole has brains as well as beauty but now it seems the supermodel can add therapist to her list of attributes, too. In order to help her friend, artist Lorna May Wadsworth, mend a broken heart, Cole sent male models she had worked with along to Wadsworth's studio for her to paint - which is how the latter's new exhibition, Beautiful Boys, came about. "It has taken me a while to be confident enough to accept and allow myself to appreciate beauty for beauty's sake alone," Cole admits. "It seems such a fickle and superficial ideal that I have long been too quick to devalue it as a quality I openly admire others for. Particularly boys. What am I? Teenage and girly? A pervert? However, like every gift or talent, it must be appreciated. It has its place, and a powerful one at that. Lorna notices, charts and embraces that idea with an honesty I admire her for." Beautiful Boys is being staged by DEGREEART.COM at the Empire Gallery, 30 Vyner Street, London E2 until October 23. If you're male and you want to check it out, be warned - Wadsworth is on the lookout for new muses, and you may well find yourself being sketched. "I was happy to help Lorna cast a few of the subjects," says Cole. "From the first time I met her I was a fan of her work and her enthusiasm and passion behind it. Thanks for the editorial. I haven't seen it before. It's so great to see pictures of Lily, but this is lacking something. The idea almost seems used and dull.

Pashen'ka, I know what you mean! The thread is extremely big which is good ofcorse! I decided to post another editorial, quite old but beautiful. I've only seen a picture from it posted earlier, the rest is uknown for me.
