I hate her facial expressions. I like everything else, but I REALLY hate her expression. Runway, editorial, it doesn't matter. She always looks like everyone around her smells bad. It just looks ugly.

That's an interesting comparison I don't think it looks bad, it's sort of imperious and haughty, but not in a negative IMO

I believe Lily can't help but look haughty and slightly contemptuous because her eyebrows have a natural arch which give her a permanent look of temper. You can see it even when she's smiling or laughing -

See? Even when she's smiling it looks like a sneer of smirk because of her eyebrows and they are structured to look as though they are frowning like we all do when we're genuinely angry. Her small pouty lips help also.

I have the same problem with my own lips; when I'm basically expressionless my mother will always snap at me to stop sulking like a baby but its just how my face is, a natural pout and arching eyebrows.

I agree. Its just like how Sasha Pivovarova always looks like a demon/possesed by one even if she smiles.

Thing is when she's all natural and smiling (really smiling), she looks adorable, but with tons make up and her ridiculous facial expressions, most of the time she looks like a complete idiot, so i don't know, maybe she should just try to be more natural, and lose the stupid attitude.
