Ughhhh!! "It's so trashy" blah blah blah.
Lily is of the age of consent (bar America) and she has made the decision to do this. She is proud of her body and confident enough to flaunt it.

Girls are always bitching and complaining that they are so ugly and that we all have such low self-esteem and should be more confident about themselves yet when a girl is confident enough to do something bold, like Lily has done, they immediatley get offended and call it sleazy and whorish (someone in an earlier post said she looked like a wh*re and that just angered me). For godssake!!!

Arena is a good magazine it is hardly anything like FHM or any of those ones.
If these same photos of Lily appeared on the cover of Esquire or Vogue, you'd all be gushing how beautiful and marvellous she looks just like you'd be gushing if you saw this photo of Kate Moss for Calvin Klein or in a Vogue editorial;

Yet if you saw the same pic, in colour even, on the cover of Area you'd think, "Zomg what a little wh*re!!!"

You're calling this sleazy? Ever seen a Calvin Klein jeans ad before?! And go back a few pages and check out the editorial with Lily's breasts exposed and the biggest ruckus that made was "Oh my, she's topless! Never seen that before!"

It's all in the label of the magazine and I'm sorry, but thats just pathetic.

loool, no it's not just all about the label on the magazine, you should read what i wrote more carefully. This picture of kate moss isn't sleazy, first because the main focus of the picture is her face not her ***(as in the arena shoot), second because she's not looking at the camera like a wh_re. This picture vehiculate emotions, not p*rn*gr*phy.

Very disapointed indeed. Nude is great when it's done tastefully, and it doesn't even matter what you show and what you don't show. Look at the testino editorial with doutzen and raquel, recently, it was full nude and frontal, and it was very good, this, is just wrong.

No, it is in the manner of which the photograph is taken, and what type of emotions the photographer wants to person who is viewing the photograph to evoke. The Calvin ads may be sexual or whatever, but they are tasteful and sensual. Where as Arena is for men, in order to have sex appeal. I have nothing against nudity, but when it is used to evoke sexual emotions rather than the actual form of the body is totally different.

I agree with hfgl, Lily's very smart girl, and she surely knows why she did this shoot. What's more she's very pretty, so she shouldn't hide her body. In all I'm not a big fan of this ed, but the 1st and the 4th pics are beautiful, you can seethere, Lily is a special girl. I don't want to talk about the last pic though...
