Lisa Cant

Looking cute/scary at Diane von Furstenberg, the woman who doesn't feed her models...

she reminds me of alexis beldel (spelling?) from Gilmore Girls. lisa's got more defined features though. i used to not like her that much but she's staring to grow on me

Me too - I was just going to say this - she really does remind me of Alexis. Makes me wonder with the success of Lisa, how well Alexis would do if she got back into modelling at this point. Alexis did an ad recently for Rock the Vote that made me wonder if she'd be popular if she got back into modelling.

Here's that ad...

Alexis Bledel - Rock the Vote Ad

I have it bigger, but I'd need to change the file-type first...

Gorgeous! I would hugely love if Alexis did try modeling again, although she seems to be moving along well in her acting career.
By the way, for any fellow Canadians, Lisa Cant has an editorial in the newest edition of Flare magazine...

The resemblence is stunning! If Alexis didn't have a dimple on her chin, she could be Lisa's twin! :woot:

It's eerie, isn't it? That's why I think that if she got back into modelling she'd do very well right now twith the trends in models, esp. considering her doppleganger, Lisa's, success in the modelling world.

The only hang up I can think of is the last I heard, (which was when she was 16 and just began Gilmore Girls) was that she IS or WAS only 5'7"...not tall enough really, for runway work. But that was quite a few years ago, so she might've grown.

I love those ones, thanks Sloan. That bottom right with the eyeliner is especially great!

Hey, she's the about the same height as me... I watched a little video interview with her and she began modeling commercially when she was fifteen. She was living in a shared model appartment and hated the living situation. Apparently that was the trigger that got her to switch to acting.
I'm beginning to get off topic here, what do you guys think about starting a topic on Alexis herself? :flower:

beautiful
