I always thought she was amazing on ANTM -her face is so classically elegant, like Christy Turlington or Yasmin Le Bon. Perfect for Carmen Marc Valvo.

I think she looks about a thousand times better with her hair pulled back -her face seems more 'complete' and classic when you can see her hairline. Maybe she should grow her hair out? The new hair is better as the old hair was dated, but I still think she'd work more if it was longer and more versatile.

Her walk and posing need work. I really want her to succeed.

Judging from the clip the only critique I would give to Lisa would be to not wiggle so much when you pause at the end of the runway, and to look alittle bit more relaxed in the face. But other then that I think Lisa did a great job is has a ton of potential and wish her the best of luck!
