She's pretty on the Vogue cover, but other than that, I think she's all right. I think she looks really...generic. I've seen plenty of Asian girls that look like her, just shorter, especially in the way she looks in her polaroid shots. I still prefer Ai in terms of Asian models - she has that harder, edgier, more rare look

I posted this in The An Watanabe thread and it obviously needs to be posted here:

I don't get why everyone keeps comparing all asian models to each other saying she isn't better than Ai or whoever can't there be more than one asian model at a time without them all being compared. I notice this with other ethnicities as well as red heads and etc..

Blondes, Brazilians, exceptionally tall models, you name it, they always get compared with each other, Asians are no exception. I know and agree that comparing is lame but we're constantly doing it. Especially here and Designers & Collections We just can't help it!

I can't decide whether I find it an unpleasant or natural trait.
