Oh My Sweet Lord , I have to say im not quite satisfied with Vogue Paris although very glad to see her on it, is it necessary to make her look like an actress from a vintage hollywood movie ? what a stereotype image! Quite beautiful, sought-after, and unique for what she has achieved. She was the first Chinese model to walk for Victoria’s Secret, the first Asian model chosen as the face of Estée Lauder, she is number 5 on the Top 50 Models List issued by models.com and is now sought-after by the greatest magazines and the most prestigious fashion houses.



And to think that not so long ago she was just a plain student: “What made me stand out was my height, my bad posture which derived from it and the fact that I waddled; my parents signed me up for a model contest, but to take part in it I had to change my posture and I was surprised when I was able to do so easily. I won, and then I moved immediately to Beijing. There I started to work as a model”. What about her roots? Despite traveling all the time, she keeps them alive in her free time: “Chinese calligraphy is my hobby. It’s part of the culture I have inherited and it helps me to keep a calm and patient spirit”.
