I think the choice of K-Fed is strangely effective, if nothing else it gets people talking. Granted, I don't know how many people will actually buy a magazine with Kevin Federline on the cover but we'll never forget the fateful day he's brand of skeezy sleazy funk sullied our precious L'Officiels and subsequent horror we all felt.

Its an issue that will live in infamy. So to speak.

I'm honestly not bothered by kfed on the cover. I highly doubt he was put on the cover because someone thought he had a great sense of style or was important, it comes off as more of a joke to me? I don't know.

Milan V is a genius, and yes, he is still in charge. He is in love with his profession and treats male industry with the same respect as female one, which is something to be thankful. The fact that you dislike the character on the cover does not belittle the art work.
