That is Liz Goldwyn (granddaughter of Sam Goldwyn). She did a doc on burlesque. It was actually really funny and totally cringeworthy because she's overly enthusiastic and totally awkward and awful at burlesque and dancing. There's even a thread about her here on TFS.
