Perhaps she had to chop off her long lockes to do a movie.Just like Renée Zellweger had to put on over 10kg to play the part of Bridget Jones.

Is it me or Lou's hair look lighter than they normally do ??
She used to have a bob when she was a teenager.That looked alright...Still I cant wait for her to grow them long again.

She had it shorter before, and she looked cute with it, but this hairdo is just so ... I dunno, strange somehow.
If she woud have kept the colour it would have looked better I guess.

But she seems to be quite comfortable with it, so that's the most important thing.
It's not easy to have your long hair cut short and be happy with it, I tried it before and I never liked it, but Lou seems to be quite happy on the pics and I doubt one can look that balanced when you don't like your hair. (at least me and most women I know can't)

She does seem truly comfortable with her short hair, I think that's down to her dad instilling the importance of personality over looks from a young age when he shaved her hair all off!

Something must be going on in her life (ie. split up with the boyfriend). People cut long hair short when they want a drastic change. But her hair was her trademark. I'm in mourning for it!LOL!

That's exactly what I said to Marlowe people (mostly women) cut their hair when there's something new happening in their life, when they start something new.

Maybe she found a new love and is getting over her last one.
