I hate that picture, but then I didn't like that whole editorial. Also, looks too much like an old picture of Pearl Lowe, if you've read her autobiography All that glitters, you'll know what I'm talking about.

I believe it simply says that they were sighted in Granville where they spent a weekend.
They were unaware of the art festival held there but enjoyed it, and it was Lou's first visit there.

I might be wrong, but I don't think that's her. The outfit does not look like something she would wear. Also, that image originated from Jak & Jil. Tommy Ton usually names the people he photographs; there was no mentioning of Lou.
