Vuitton Sets Paris Showcase for Animal Sculptures

LITTLE CREATURES: Tapping into its animal instincts, Louis Vuitton on Oct. 3 is to host a cocktail at the storied Paris taxidermy store Deyrolle to celebrate the 100th anniversary of its small leather goods line. Rubbing shoulders with the site’s menagerie of stuffed animals will be 29 creatures by English artist Billie Achilleos, who assembles them out of wallets, coin purses, belts and hardware from Vuitton bags.
