Love Is In The Heir

Can't deal with the useless girl
What do you mean useless? She's one fine country music singer and is going to be a the next music sensation. Shania Twain and Faith Hill better just get ready to step aside. :muscles:

I dunno, I just said useless girl, that's what I see... but that's just my opinion.

As an adult, I will respect yours about the heir, even if I think otherwise ;) Now I expect you to respect mine also

Oh, I was just kidding. I also think she is useless and I was joking about the country thing. She's living in la la land.

the only reason that I like this show so much, is because I enjoy watching her make a fool out of herself. I'm a little mean like that.

But then, at the same time, I can see some very valid reasons for why she is so clued out, being a very sheltered Persian Princess and all.

I can't even believe that they have a country music radio station over there. Where is this obsession of hers coming from and why, if her Dad is so strick, is he agreeing to be video taped. It all doesn't add up and then there is the fact that she can cut hair when she supposedly can't tie her own shoe laces.

well if her Grandmother was a princess, she'd have to be royalty as well, maybe not a princess, but a royal.
We were discussing this on another site I belong to. Her grandmother was the daughter of Reza Pahlavi, the first Shah of Iran. Pahlavi wasn't of royal lineage...he was a military leader who overthrew the ruling family of Iran. When he came into power, his children were given royal titles the equivalent of "prince/princess". The second Shah of Iran (Reza's son Mohammed Reza) was driven out of power in the 1970s and the family left Iran.

I don't know if many of you remember the 2nd Shah of Iran...he was one of the founding members of OPEC and when he was overthrown, the US was the only country to receive him and his exiled family. I think they lived in NYC until he died of cancer in the early 80s.

I watched an episode because my friend told me it was funny.

I just felt really bad for her.

this show is one of my guilty pleasures.
i love it.

It's mines too! I've only been back in the states for a month, and I watch this whenever it's on. I love how she's totally oblivious to reality, and her assistant!

I started watching when she hired the other assistant, then he got him fired, because he was being honest. Sadly I've missed the one where she actually went to I think Nashville.
