Gian Luigi de Almeida Prado Tadini seems to have arrived from São Paolo, Brazil, just the other day. Blessed with a photogenic face, he has briskly become a staple on the party circuit and a constant companion of the model and heiress Amanda Hearst. "Luigi has the inherent ability to make any and every party enjoyable," Ms. Hearst said. "I am hard-pressed to think of a man that possesses Luigi's natural charm or class."
A part-time actor (he had a small role in "The Devil Wears Prada") and sometime Wilhelmina model, Mr. Tadini recently became the vice president of the family jewelry business.
He goes out about four nights a week, mostly to fashion events and charity balls. He mentioned that his father was "raised to be a playboy."
Mr. Tadini's love of parties dates from his childhood. "When I was young, my parents threw a lot of parties," he recalled. "I couldn't sleep because I would always think, 'What am I missing?' I would go to the living room in my pajamas and chat and dance all night. If I hear people laughing and Champagne glasses clinking, I can never stand still."
