L'Wren Scott S/S 2014 London

This is just gorgeous! It has an obvious east asian inspiration but steers clear of looking like costumes. These are real-life clothes that possess a certain type of modern glamour. The decadent embellishments on some of the gowns, jackets, skirts and umbrellas are so delicate and pretty.

There are some problems with the proportion, fit and cut on some of the pieces but I'm in love!

Not really a fan of her work. I like a couple of the white dresses here, esp the 4th look.

I actually loved this collection, I know the whole Asian reference was a few seasons ago but I enjoyed the last part of the collection, better be careful in those ankle breakers they call shoes

This seems like a departure for her, her looks tend to skew more sophisticated and mature.

Most of the looks are costume-y but I see a few that will probably show up on the red carpet or a photocall.

Quite charming, although painstakingly literal. The opening look is exquisite.

This show has some killer looks. It's a sexy departure from the admittedly body-conscious but-prim L'Wren girl.

Also, the footwear looks gorgeous, even if a bit teeter-inducing.

Unless it's from her own brand, I must say it's quite daring to wear the jacket that she obviously referenced for a jacket in the collection.

Love the opening look, after that it seems to get a bit mature and even somewhat dated
