With regards to her agency sending her to the casting... does it even work like that? It's not an open call is it? I thought you had to be invited? Maybe the agencies submit girls for consideration? Now I'm genuinely curious as to the process...

Me too. I'm very curious about their process and how they decide on the girls. It is like an open casting call or not? I have so many questions.
