I'm sorry, I couldn't help but laugh when I saw the cover.
The hair is tragic, and that close-up should have never seen the light or been printed.
It's too bad; it could have been okay, but the execution is a total fail for me. Even Ms. Jenner's streetstyle pics are thousands miles superior to what I'm actually seeing.

Not the biggest Kendall Jenner fan but I happen to like this a whole lot. The blonde is working for me here, no doubt because of the black and white photography. Carlos Nazario is seemingly saving his best work for outside of Harper's Bazaar...

It’s a bit horrible to say but I think Kylie is the truth model in the family.
Kendall is very beautiful but she doesn’t have a presence.

Kylie’s body doesn’t fit the standards of the HF world but she has a presence on print and on the runway.

Kendall is still trying to model after all those years.

I actually like the second cover, the blonde has brought a fire to her that she normally lacks. It was also evident at the Loreal show. Some of the makeup and hair in this story does make her look rather mature though.
