I've been a fan for ages, but the ones I've seen have been a bit over-priced for me. The bags are also nice. :flower:

I got mine (in the pic) for 30 bucks, which I think is a great price! :woot:

(have been lurking around on ebay for ages to find the perfect one...)

hahahahha i find it hilarious that this was already made. a girl in my experimental handbags class is making one, and is trying to knock it off as "her idea"...

wow..

forget the bag...can i get that DRESS?!?! :o :woot:

the first time i saw that episode of SATC i thought she was actually holding a rolled up magazine...because she's at a launch party for a new mag, right? i had no idea there was such a thing as a magazine clutch and had no clue it was a purse. oh well.

i'm with softgrey--leave the bag, give me that gorgeous dress.

Those are so cute!! I especially like the one scandinavianchic posted!

Does anyone know who makes them, or do they just come from generic/independent brands?

These clutches were primarily made in the 60s and 70s. Some were made in the 80s as well. The original ones are made by one company (which I always forget what's called, it includes a mans name). The clutches from the 80s and 90s are copies, don't know by who.

The original can be found in vintage stores irl or online.. Good luck! ;)

I got mine for 25$ in a little shop at the old port. I like the style and the colors but it has no strap and I find it a bit to annoying to carry it around in my hand all the time.
