Yes that is supposedly true, bit of info for you: her birth year was always 1984, she started changing it when they relaunched her runway career in 2006..for example in 2007 she says she is 19 http://www.theaustralian.com.au/new...end-of-the-wedge/story-e6frg6so-1111112959965
and in 2012 that she is 25 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lQV7RZX9f4E

She's Polish and was born in October 6th, 1984

Height: 179 cm
Measurements: 84-61-89

Vogue.fr says

Magdalena Frackowiak was born in Poland in 1984. At the age of 16, after winning the Waterproof Model Search in Warsaw, she signed with Model Plus agency for two years before joining the Next Paris and Next New York Agencies.

However, if she was 16 when she won, this would mean that her Next Contract was signed in 2002 when in fact, Next have stated that it was signed in 2000 so maybe even 1984 is questionable.

You will find that her agency has made sure nearly everywhere says she debuted around 2006. They scratch all her 2001-2004 shows from the record before they relaunched her.

However, if you look at pictures of her from the FW 2001 and SS 2002 shows, you know there is no way that she could be born in 1988 as she said in those interviews because she is not 13/14 in these shows.
