Hmmm thats a diffcuilt choice!!!!both hardwares bring a different feel to the bag...
I like the contrast with the smokey gray and gold hardware gives it a verstalie feel, the sliver/gray is also nice...but somehow i feel that the croc scale stands out more with the gold hardware...if you look at both pictures you posted side by side you can see the scale is much more visible with the yellow gold hardware, whereas the sliver hardware it kinda fades away...I personally prefer bags with contrast hardware...it brings a certain edge to it. It really depends uniq do u have many bags of that style with yellow hardware?

lol funny i just checked the previous page and the olsen twin was carrying the same one in gold hardware!!! it looks goregous!!! my vote is defintely for the yellow hardware!!

yes ashley's bag is gorgeous! I figured this bag in croc is much more chic than a jerome dryfuss in croc...even though the latter is casual and cool....but this is cheaper and more elegant!...I agreee about that gold..its striking with the grey...thanks so much for your opinions!
