I have a friend who keeps saying how great their makeup is, so I was wondering if any of you has tried it, and if so, what did you think of it?

I bought one of their tube glosses in #001... Love it. :)

In Moonstone.. but I tried a lot of their other glosses on...

the gloss stays on for a while... but it has the consistency of Mac lipglass

i love the glosses too :woot: my fave is no. 14 ,its just a really nice berry tone. they have a lot of fun stuff too, like 'fake sweat'.

ive only tried the lipsticks, glosses, and shadows. all good.

I LOVE Make Up Forever! I use a lot of their products on my clients. Their eyeshadows are wonderful! I also like their Antishine mattifier and face and body foundation for pictures.

how do you apply body foundation?? ive always been curious. with a brush i assume? i know this sounds silly of me asking, but a always have bruises on my legs and would like to cover them, when i wear skirts/dreses/shorts. it all seems a bit high maintenance to use body foundation

does it rub off? would it be good for covering bruises? im so clumsy

hey :)

With a body foundation, usually a foundation brush or fingers work best. A sponge usually absorbs too much product. As for using the Make Up Forever's face and body foundation on your legs, it doesn't really do much for covering up badly marked and bruised skin. It's mostly to create a nice, glowing sheen on the body as well as a smooth effect for pictures.

If you're looking for something that will do a good job covering up body imperfections (vericose veins, bruises, etc.) try Colortration Concealing Foundation This stuff is awesome for covering imperfections on any part of the body. It's also smudge-resistant :flower:

thanks for the advice! i just got a new coffee table and so many bruises along with it  i cant stop running into it

I went to sephora and the people there said they have a waterproof gloss and I really can't decide if I want that or I want to get the MAC lipglass. The line looks really nice to me though

Hows anyone tried their makeup base?

and their 5 camouflage concealor palette?

I saw the How To Video on Sephora and it looked really nice, just glowy and flawless.

I have 2 of the camouflage palettes and the coverage is great. I realy like their products, they are really pro products.

The powder is v. good to, so are the eyeshadows. Those are the products i tried, but i really think that anything from this brand is. ;)

I just bought their make up base and i love it! my face looks so flawless and glowy now. I wanna get the camouflage palette next!

Anybody tried their black lipstick? I'm dying to give it a go, even though I'm sure it'll make me look ridiculous.

Not sure is this off-topic but if anyone is interested, Make Up For Ever offer courses that teaches their "technique" to make-up artists (???) My mom is an esthetician and she got a cert. from them a few years ago :)
