One trend I noticed on the runway was an intense eye in colors like gold, amber and copper. It made the eyes look piercing! Especially blue and green. I loved the look! Am thinking of doing my make up like that for prom. It's very pretty, and a new twist on the smoky evening look.

Some pictures I  :

Picture of Dewi, not sure what season though. This is what I want to do for my prom make up. I love it so much. :flower:

I think one of my favourite makeup looks on the runway was last season's Chanel. The combination of blue and green eyeshadow was so pretty! :P

some of my favorite:

Nice, but a little too severe...

Another favorite of mine was Calvin Klein.. classic, yet surly and seductive...

But, you know, my favorite looks were definately over at Dior.. I think I may try it out!

Beautifully done, but frightening nonetheless... :ninja:

I am NOT a fan of the orange on the eyes...it just looks sickly to me...

However, I always love Calvin Klein's looks. Very sultry, very sexy.

I have always loved those "mini lips" that they featured at Dior. Very unusual but strangely pretty. :flower:

YES I also adore the lips at Dior!! I like the fun look purple!! :D

Bottega Veneta: who says bright has to be shiny?

I am in love with the slightly dark colours at Carolina Herrera. The lips are especially hot. The eyes are gorgeous.

Dior ( What a difference, if they would be modeling those outfits  )

I was just playing with makeup and tried to recreate the Bottega Veneta bright matte lips that I posted. I put on lip balm and pressed on matte coral eyeshadow with my fingers. It looked good, very wearable! I just couldn't smack my lips against each other too much, or it would wear off in some places and collect into chunks in others.

I do that with foundation, to create a nice neutral shade on lips, and it looks awesome, but of course, it can crease or clump if you move your mouth a lot... .. I have also tried with blush, like Orgasm from NARS, and lipbalm, and it creates this nice shimmer on lips, with a natural flushed look...Taj Majal, an orange blush from NARS, is also awesome to create this look. :flower:
