no. But you can make an easy poncho by getting a nice piece of square fabric, or rectangular if you want, and slashing a straight hole, probably 12 inches, and voila!
 
Hmm true. I'm going back to Dubai in a few weeks and I'm planning on buying some really good chiffon sari material and going to our usual tailor so he can do it for me so I can wear it as a wrap when we go out instead of using coats. I think you should just get your material and use the scissors!! (I don't trust myself with scissors)

Ditto, it's fast and looks more "authentic" and original. Just fold the tissu in two and cut a hold in the middle of the fold!
