janal - hard to say since i can either wear 37 or 37.5 for pumps. (for camo sedaraby i wear size 36.5). it just really depends for me because i have wide feet. with that said, for the cabbage shoes the size 37 worked out perfectly. are they the 115mm heel height? if so, your feet will definitely slide forward so you need to make sure you get the perfect size. if possible, do what guccigal says and try to get both sizes. good luck and let us know what you get!

thanks gucci and shopping. i wear a size 40 in pumps and 39.5 in sandals. i am getting them from neimans so i don't think they're the 115mm heel. they have one on hold for me but i will see if they have both sizes available so i can try them on. thanks again for the advice!

I feel almost a bit shy posting here because everyone is so Manolo-knowledgeable that I don't want to risk saying something silly! However, I cannot think of a better place to seek a Manolo-related opinion or advice so I would love to hear any one of your opinion on the following:

I have a summer wedding to attend and the bride is requiring silver footwear. Being in the wedding party I'm currently leaning towards the second pair since it's more conservative. However, the first pair is HOT!

I also PMed Zarina about the exotic Sudys but was wondering if anyone here knows of other models coming out or currently in the boutiques that might work as well. Silver being the operative term here and the taller the better!

I like the first pair, but if you need silver shoes ... get the Sederaby.

Also, I have a pair of Manolos with a similar ankle strap as the 1st pair you posted, and the strap is really loose. I haven't worn them yet, because I need to take them to a cobbler and see if he/she can punch another hole in the strap to make them smaller and fit around my ankle.
