Another season with no shows? I miss her But according to her Instagram she's in Paris, so fingers crossed.

MvN: You walk the big shows for the big designers. Also, you are featured "twice" on the cover of the Dutch Vogue as Viktor and Rolf. But you started as fitting model for V&R. What is a fitting model?
M: As fitting model you stand for a long time on high heels and basically you're a living doll.

M: Yes, for me it was. I was studying fashion and textile at that time so for me ... ah here is a picture from then ..
MvN: This is the fitting doll? These obviously aren't glamour photographs. But just ..
M: Yes, I've gotten a pin in my forehead.. uhh yeah for me it was very cool because I could see what happened behind the scenes at Hollands best fashion brand. And I was studying fashion so it was super ..
MvN: How did it happen that they have like discovered you, because I recall you didn't even walk your first show for V&R.
M: Nooo! It was after a while that I quit school and started modelling. First London, and then Prada, my big break. And then they heard about it quite quickly and the whole atelier went: Oh my god, Marte walked that show, now she can also do ours
MvN: But, wait, let me ask the gentlemen: she walks with you, she spends the whole day in your atelier..
M: Nooo, but it doesn't work like that! It doesn't work like that.
MvN: As fitting doll! Living doll! Then there's this other brand that takes the gold.. Did you guys forget your glasses!?
M: It doesn't work like that.
MvN: No, I want to hear it from the guys.
Rolf Snoeren: Yeah, stupid right?
