We recently caught up with the lovely Matthew Bell (Elite) during his flash-stop back in London before flying off to Milan again for more model adventures. Find out why Matthew talks music making, The Roundabout Man and crossing-fingers working with Prada one day...

Tell us what you're up to at the moment.
I'm currently visiting London after being in Milan for 5 weeks. I've came over and shot for Boys by Girls with Cecilie and I'm shooting for another really cool magazine tomorrow. Then I'm flying back to Milan on Tuesday for more Milan adventures.

What inspires you and why?
Music! It's the mixture of listening to songs that have already been made, like my favourite songs and then the creative side where you can make your own music. Making music is what inspires me, listening to music is what inspires me, to make music. I mean other music, is what inspires me to make my own music. Music inspires me, if you get what I mean? (We think so...) So…. Music. (Yes!)

What do you do when you're not working?
Music, no uhm. I've just finished school, so I'm just having a year to see where the world takes me, which has been Milan so far, and London fashion week, which was cool. Hopefully I'll be doing Paris as well. So, see how it goes.

Who would be your ultimate brand to work with?
I'd really like to do Prada. Just because when I've been in Milan, I've been round the designer shops with them in it and it's seemed the coolest, seems the most wearable as well. I mean like, the whole fashion stuff seems slightly more wearable, and when I say wearable, most of the pieces in most of the things you could probably wear. But Prada seems to have the whole collection generally quite like, pretty cool. It's a bit more me then any of the others, so definitely Prada.

What's the best piece of advise you have ever had?
Don't eat yellow snow.

Who would win in a fight between the Three-legged Scandanavian man and the Roundabout Man?
The Three Legged Scandanavian? Or Roundabout Man? Roundabout Man… Because he's round….

He's not round, he lives in the roundabout. Roundabout Man.
Oh so he lives in the roundabout?

Probably, I don't know.
Cool… Roundabout Man because he likes bananas and his neighbour is Aunt Peggy.

Aunt Peggy? But why would he beat the Three-Legged Scandanavian?
Because Aunt Peggy loves Broccoli.
