MaxMara S/S 2014 : Stef, Hana & Natalia by Mario Sorrenti

*yawn* so boring! Why did they change the format of the campaign? I preferred it when they had a one-girl campaign each season. And I know there's only one photo posted so far but where's the sex appeal? In past campaigns, the model was always seen as sexy, rich, and luxurious. This campaign seems like the models don't know what to do with themselves in the picture. I miss the Max Mara campaigns with Hilary Rhoda and Saskia de Brauw. Expected more but I guess how could you expect anything exciting from this Max Mara's campaign since their show was the definition of boring.

I don't mind at all, but it looks like a CR outtake.

And I thought the show couldn't get any worse. I have to turn my brightness on my computer all the way down just to even look at the image its so…pale. Could they not have used the more colorful pieces from the collection? Hopefully this image isn't what the rest will look like.

This. I agree that this lacks sexiness and glamour, which is what a more conservative brand like Max Mara kind of needs in its campaigns to at least be remotely interesting. This is just laughable, those girls look so uncomfortable, like they were pulled out of another era and told to look cute in a 'modern' outfit. The styling is bad, the photography is lame, it's verynothing.

i hate those head scarfs they used in the collection, this looks awful as well

I like the concept but these girls show absolutely no emotion. There's nothing compelling here promoting the brand.

Natalia!

I actually quite like the shot, somehow it looks kinda intriguing to me. Could live without the weird babushkas though.

I don't hate it. It's kinda eery in a way. However, more editorial than advertising.

The cast is awful though, very Carine.

This gives such a cold vibe but I find the picture somehow intriguing. I will wait to see more.
I'm absolutely loving the casting though, Stef, Hana & Natalia, three girls I really like a lot!

I too think it's striking. Not sure why everyone's hating, lol. Yeah, I suppose they could use some glamour or sex appeal, but I don't think this is any less good because it lacks that.

i like the other group shots more, i see where they were going. As if they were goddesses that appeared in the desert as some sort of mirage

I was sure they would have casted an established model for the campaign considering the cast of the spring show
