I finally saw inglourious basterds last night, she was brilliant ! Better than i was expecting, because i really couldn't get my head around the idea of her in a Tarantino film and had prepared myself for the worst...but she was truly fantastic.. having seen it now, I can't believe she didn't receive an oscar nom for best supporting actress. she really should have. I wish they could take away anna kendrick's nom. (Come on....seriously....she was so annoying) and give it to Mélanie instead..

I think her bangs suit her when her hair has more volume (like in the premiere pics above) but when her hair is just straight they don't look as good. IMO she looks her best with dark or sandy blonde hair and without bangs, just lovely
