Mens dress shoes

I need some help looking for shoes.

I'm looking for a basic leather shoe/loafer that I can wear all day (I'm a young doc that's on my feet all day at the hospital, so maybe even a rubber sole).

I want to spend $200-300 US. I have a great pair of Helmut Lang dress shoes but they're too formal to wear everyday. I was looking at some Bally shoes but anyone have any other suggestions? (ps I LOVE prada shoes but they are just too expenseive I think).

I'll be in Manhatten next weekend so suggestions and opionions would be great!

ps I have smaller feet (size 39 EUR?) so I find it difficult to find shoes at times...

Try Kenneth Cole. They have great men's shoes at a reasonable price.

Was about to say Kenneth. They have some moccassins on sale that are spectacular. Banana Republic has some too, aswell as Coach.

yeah, i've seen kenneth but they don't make a size for me (they start at 7 US but I'm around a 6 )...

I think the same goes with Banana..
