Messy Bed-Head Hair for Girls

usually my hair has no waves so i'd have to put it into a bum for the night if i wanted to get this effect.

But sometimes i sleep on my hair funny and in the morning i get nice waves.

I had a perm earlier this afternoon but right now, it looks just like the original pic. I don't know why my hair cannot hold curls

^ How short is short? If it's as short as I think / imagine it to be, just run sculpting wax through your hair and you set to go!
I just wish I had a face that can carry of pixie cuts.

I wash my hair, brush it, and let it dry for a bit. When it's about fifty percent dry, I tie it up in a chignon and keep it that way until it's totally dry. And it works every time.

^ I do that too. But before putting it up, I lightly spray my hair with Bumble and Bumble's Surf Spray. It really sexy, messy bed head.
