I was @ Borders yesterday, and stumbled on this magazine. It is called:

Metro Dot Pop: "The Fashion Magazine For the Rest of Us"

It is only $5.00 and is smaller in size than Vogue, and it looks really good.

It reminds me of Numero inside.
