Michael Kors Boots

I love these Michael Kors boots. I would love to have them but I looked for them and found them @ netaporter.com only to see that they have a feather trim. Do you think it's detachable? There doesn't appear to be a trim in the other pictures.

I've seen them without the feather trim in InStyle (The Sept issue has the Ultimate Shoe Guide), and the Sept. Jane. They are $695 and come in the color above and a more chocolate suede (in the Neiman Marcus pics). I love them too...but I need to see them in person. I have thin calves and worry they might be too big.

using feathers is nice twist from all the fur thats being used alot this season. i like it, but i doubt i would ever wear it.
